British Israel Investments Ltd will lead the shopping center sector in Israel (in terms of experience standards to visitors, retail culture in Israel, branding and positioning of shopping centers, scope and geographical spread of assets), including the future development of exclusive commercial centers which is customary abroad.

In addition, British Israel will take advantage from its expertise in the area of management, construction and improvement of shopping malls and commercial centers in order to expand to additional countries, with the objective of being a dominant and well-known player in every country into which it will enter.

British Israel will expand its activity in the field of office buildings as well as buildings for knowledge-intensive industries, mainly in locations with high demand in Israel and abroad (in the same countries where shopping mall and commercial center activities will be developed).

For the expansion of its activity, in Israel and abroad British Israel will consider to develop and to set up new projects, to acquire assets with growth potential, as well as to carry out mergers and acquisitions of synergetic companies.
