Served as Ofer Investments’ (which is the controlling shareholder of Melisron) managing director from 2002 until 2011. In addition, he has served as a director of various subsidiaries owned by it. Has filled various managerial positions in the Ofer Group over the last 30 years, including Chief Finance Officer since 1980. Tal has about 15 years of experience in economic and financial consulting as well as financial management. Tal is the Group CFO since June 2004. Previously Senior Manager at BDO/Ziv Haft Accountants and Management Consulting. MBA Economics, Summa Cum Laude, Tel Aviv University.

Felix has about 15 years of experience in development and construction of properties, real estate valuations and surveys. Previously property investment manager at Gemul Investments and Surveyor at Eng. Joseph Zarnitsky. Economist and Chartered Surveyor, Tel Aviv University.

Yossi has rich management and development experience of some 20 years in the field of both retail and real estate. Previously held management positions include: Deputy Head of Real Estate, Business and Development Division at Paz, General Manager at Delek Nadlan Yielding Properties, General Manager Sahar Development and Investments, VP for Property at SuperPharm Israel. Holds a Law degree from Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and a MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Danny has more than 16 years of experience in marketing, acquisition and sale of properties, in particular in the area of offices. Previously VP Marketing and Corporate Secretary at Azo-Reit Properties (previously Azorim Properties), Legal Counsel at the Clal Group in the field of yielding properties. LLB Law, Israeli Bar Certificate.

Jacob has 7 years of experience in capital markets, analysis of real estate companies and deals. Previously Head of Real Estate sector & Structure Finance at Investment Bank DS Apex, Senior Analyst at Maalot the Israeli rating agency. MBA Business administration/ finance/ accounting, Summa Cum Laude, Tel Aviv University.

Has 15 years of experience accompanying legally public companies and specializes in yielding property. Previously partner at Wechsler, Bergman & Co Law Offices. Holder of Law degree (LLB), qualified lawyer.
