Liora Ofer – Director. Chairman of the Board of Melisron Ltd (the controlling shareholder of British Israel Investments) and one of the controlling shareholders of Ofer Investments (Ofer Investments is a holding company with control in various companies among which Melisron). In addition, serves as director of Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank and of various subsidiaries of the Ofer Group.

Ashi Shlein – External Director. Serves as CEO of the Huzot Shefaim commercial center as well as Director at Meitav Underwriting Flotations and Finances.
